Current focus
Our present activity is concentrated in Kenya, where we invest in and work alongside local operators in agriculture, trade, and related services. We take an active role in the businesses we back, contributing capital, operating experience, and commercial relationships as each situation requires.
Structure
Allen-Criner Holdings is organized as a Wyoming limited liability limited partnership. Portfolio businesses are held and operated as separate entities.
